About Serena's Evolution

Serena's Evolution of Fitness & Nutrition has been serving the Edmonton and surrounding areas since 2009.

I have been working in the industry since 1990. I am a nationally certified personal trainer who carries liability insurance. I stay current with the latest training and nutritional programs always adjusting according to each individual’s fitness goals.

I work with a diverse group of clientele from teens, seniors, clients with medical conditions/special needs, prenatal and postnatal training/weight loss, muscle gain, sports conditioning, general fitness, competition preparation, outdoor exercise, and group fitness.

I would have to say female wise Monica Brant is a competitor I look up to because I see her as the female founder of femininity and muscularity combined and is still involved in the industry to this day.

PRIVATE GYM SESSIONS

For most home gyms, you'll want a weight rack, a versatile barbell, a solid weight bench, and a set of weight plates at the minimum. Other pieces of equipment such as dumbbells, kettlebells, plyo boxes, and cardio machines can be essential too depending on how you like to work out.

One primary reasons to have a personal trainer is that they can evaluate your situation and educate you on all aspects of health, fitness and exercise. When it comes to your fitness goals, having a proper foundation and understanding of what is required for you to reach those goals is incredibly empowering.
